The National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA), led by Director General Kashifu Inuwa Abdullahi, has unveiled the Digital Innovation Challenge 2024, offering a grand prize of ₦11 million.
The challenge aims to harness the power of technology and innovation to address critical infrastructure issues across Nigeria.
Taking to their official X handle, @NITDANigeria, the agency announced that participants will identify key infrastructure in their states, use digital mapping tools to create interactive maps, and present insights that tell compelling stories of infrastructure needs and opportunities. Final submissions will be made via URLs showcasing the digital maps.
