The Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria has opened applications for the 2025 SMEDAN Pitch Competition, offering ₦20 million in grants to five outstanding entrepreneurs nationwide. The competition is part of this year’s National MSME Conference.
Ten shortlisted businesses will receive an all-expense-paid trip to Lagos State to pitch their ideas before a national audience of innovators and investors. The initiative aims to spotlight promising enterprises that embody innovation, resilience, and sustainable growth.

Applicants must submit a one to two-minute video introducing their business, explaining the problem their product or service solves, and how it aligns with this year’s theme, “Building a Future of Innovation, Resilience, and Prosperity.”
