Governor Uba Sani has launched the Kaduna Ultra-Poor Graduation Program, an initiative aimed at empowering 2,400 rural women and youth with N300,000 each as start-up capital to grow their small businesses.
The event, held at Umar Musa ‘Yar’adua Hall, was attended by Deputy Governor Dr. Hadiza Sabuwa Balarabe, Speaker Yusuf Liman, and other state officials.

The program is part of Kaduna State’s broader strategy to boost grassroots entrepreneurship, reduce poverty, and strengthen the MSME ecosystem across rural communities.
