Enugu State has emerged as Nigeria’s cleanest state, receiving the N100 million Model Green State Award under the Renewed Hope Initiative (RHI) Green Nigeria Challenge launched by First Lady Senator Oluremi Tinubu.
The recognition not only highlights the state’s proactive environmental management but also positions Enugu as an attractive hub for SMEs and investors seeking a clean and business-friendly environment.
Mrs. Tinubu noted that the initiative promotes tree planting and sanitation, while also aligning with global climate action that can open doors for green businesses and recycling ventures.
