The Zamfara State Government has approved the immediate reopening of the Magami and Danjibga cattle markets in Gusau and Tsafe local government areas. This decision follows recent security improvements in the region.
According to a statement by State Commissioner of Information, Munnir Mu’azu Hidara, the markets will reopen on Wednesday, July 3, 2024.

The government has directed the leadership of these markets to monitor business activities closely to ensure proper conduct.
The state government also emphasized that any breach of conduct may lead to the markets’ immediate closure.
