NiMet’s Director General, Professor Charles Anosike, stressed the importance of timely and localized weather information to help businesses plan better and stay protected.
“With better early warnings, we reduce business losses and improve recovery,” Anosike said, calling for more investment in weather tech, skills, and inter-agency synergy.
