The journey has been quite a roller coaster, as with many businesses. BridgePlus started as an idea among three ambitious individuals focused on providing premium gadgets to those who preferred not to visit the marketplace. Over the years, we’ve experienced significant growth and continue to expand.

Our biggest inspiration was the dream of becoming a leading name in the tech industry.

Our key strategy is fostering strong customer relationships. We don’t just offer our services and move on; we focus on the question, “Now that we’ve met, what’s next?”

We’ve seen many changes, from technological advancements to shifts in government policies and exchange rates. What has helped us is identifying these changes early and having a fantastic team to develop long-term solutions.
5. Can you describe a challenging situation you faced in your business and how you overcame it?
One major challenge was during a period when a key product became scarce due to a rise in the dollar rate, affecting importation. We informed our customers and created a waiting list that they could join online. Despite the challenges and fear of losing customers, our focus on customer relationships helped us navigate through it effectively.

Our marketing strategy centers around integrity.

We’ve implemented various approaches, including customer incentives and our BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later) program, which has been particularly impactful.
