The Silicon Valley Nigeria Economic Development (SV-NED Inc. USA/SV-NED Energy Ltd) and the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) have inaugurated a Project Implementation Committee (PIC) to drive small business growth, skills development, and job creation in Nigeria.
Speaking at the Abuja event, HRH Queen Mother Amb. Amina Temitope Labinjo Ajayi, Chairman of SV-NED, described the partnership as a significant step toward empowering Nigerian youth.
Stakeholders committed to ensuring the partnership serves as a model for sustainable economic growth and SME empowerment.

Initiatives include the Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) Conversion Centre and affordable housing projects, both designed to support SMEs and economic development.
The collaboration will also provide NYSC corps members with skills in entrepreneurship and the oil and gas sector, expanding their opportunities beyond primary assignments.
The event showcased plans to address Nigeria’s housing deficit and support small businesses through the construction of 10,112 housing units under the Renewed Hope Cities Programme.
