The Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN) has announced the graduation of 100 staff members from the Inspire, Create, Start, and Scale (ICSS) Program, a capacity-building initiative developed by the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) and implemented in partnership with Kaduna Business School.
In a move to bolster its impact on Nigeria’s MSME sector, SMEDAN has integrated the ICSS training into its capacity development framework. According to a statement by SMEDAN, this enhanced training will equip its staff with the skills to provide specialized support to entrepreneurs, guiding them from business concept to growth stage.
