In an effort to streamline the allocation process of the N5 billion loan designated for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Nigeria, the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN) has introduced new guidelines for applicants.
Under the revised procedure, applicants are now required to submit their Corporate Affairs Commission certificate and Tax Identification Number (TIN) as mandatory documents to qualify for the loan.

This announcement was made by Moshood Lawal, the Head of Corporate Affairs at SMEDAN, during an exclusive interview with the media in Abuja on Wednesday, April 3rd, 2024.
