Located near the Lekki Deep Sea Port, the Dangote Refinery, new manufacturing clusters and the upcoming Lekki–Epe International Airport, the logistics park is expected to strengthen the value chain for businesses operating within the rapidly expanding corridor.
The state government said the development aligns with its THEMES+ agenda, which prioritizes modern infrastructure and operational ease for investors. It also acknowledged the Federal Government’s support for the 7th Axial Road, a route expected to improve connectivity from the port to inland markets.
With Alaro City growing as a preferred industrial destination, the new facility is projected to attract more SMEs seeking improved logistics and proximity to major economic assets.
