In a bold push for agro-industrialisation, the Oyo State Government has launched export-ready, value-added food products processed yam, cassava, and plantain flour geared for both local and international markets.

The products were unveiled during a ceremony by the Agricultural Exporting Farmers Multipurpose Cooperative Society at the Ministry of Trade, Industry, Investment and Cooperatives in Ibadan.
The move strengthens Oyo’s stake in Nigeria’s non-oil export economy and aligns with ongoing efforts to reform its cooperative system for global competitiveness.
