Seun Ashamu, the Commissioner for Energy, extended a warm invitation to investors interested in enhancing services, creating opportunities for citizens, and promoting tourism and economic growth in the state. Speaking at the inauguration of Sooyah Bistro, a prominent indigenous quick service restaurant in Ibadan, Ashamu highlighted Oyo State’s commitment to becoming a regional hub for economic growth.
Ashamu praised the founder of Sooyah Bistro, Olamidun Ogundoyin, noting that the expansion of the restaurant is a testament to the state’s conducive business environment. He encouraged Sooyah Bistro to maintain its excellent services and explore partnerships with the government to boost tourism and economic development in Oyo State.

Reflecting on the journey since starting in 2018 with modest resources, Ogundoyin attributed the business’s organic growth to customer support and love for their food.
