Hon. Mudashiru Lukman, the member representing Ayediire-Iwo-Ola Oluwa Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, has distributed fertilizers to farmers in his constituency as part of his efforts to promote and support agriculture.
On Thursday, 600 bags of fertilizer were distributed to farmers in Isero, Olaoluwa Local Government. Hon. Lukman assured beneficiaries that this support is just the beginning and pledged to continue providing assistance to farmers in his constituency.

He emphasized the critical importance of farming, stating that it is impossible to underestimate or neglect this sector. He added that taking farming seriously could help prevent food scarcity and reduce food prices.
Hon. Lukman expressed gratitude for the opportunity to support his constituents and reiterated his commitment to promoting agriculture in the region. He urged farmers to make good use of the fertilizers and to continue supporting his efforts.
The Vice Chairman of the House Committee on Human Rights also advised beneficiaries not to sell the fertilizers but to use them effectively.
He commended Osun State Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke, for his recent purchase of tractors and distribution of seedlings, recognizing these initiatives as significant steps towards agricultural development.
The program was attended by several prominent figures, including Osun PDP Senatorial Leader Hon Adesoye Oyetunde, Iwo PDP Party chairman Alhaji Alidu Tiamiyu Adeoye, and other PDP stalwarts.
