The Osun State Government has pledged strong support for youth-driven digital innovation, aiming to transform the state into a tech and innovation hub.
At the launch of the 2025 Osun Challenge Initiative, Commissioner for Innovation, Science and Technology, Moroof Ayofe, emphasized the government’s dedication to equipping young people with tools and resources to create digital solutions.
“We’re embracing modern technology to drive growth, improve lives, and open opportunities for all,” Ayofe stated.

Special Adviser Azeez Badmus highlighted Governor Ademola Adeleke’s digital push, including investments in broadband, tech education, and open governance.
He noted that these efforts are laying a solid foundation for a digitally inclusive and business-friendly Osun, enabling startups and SMEs to thrive.
With innovation-friendly policies and digital infrastructure in place, Osun is positioning itself as a rising force in Nigeria’s digital economy.
