The Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, Ojaja II, recently inaugurated a new National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (NASENI) skill acquisition centre in Ile-Ife.
Facilitated by Hon. Taofeek Abimbola Ajilesoro, Chairman of the House Committee on NASENI and representative of Ife federal constituency, the centre aims to invigorate the local economy and create job opportunities.
Oba Ogunwusi praised the centre’s potential to enhance entrepreneurship and reduce unemployment among local youth.

He commended Ajilesoro for his efforts, noting that the centre will provide essential skills and knowledge, fostering economic growth in the region.
Located in Ita-Osa, LCDA, Ife-East Local Government Area, the centre will offer training in tailoring and shoe making, equipped with various machines and 24-hour power supply.
Ajilesoro expressed gratitude to community leaders and supporters, emphasizing his commitment to future projects that will continue to benefit Ile-Ife.
