Orioye Gbayisemore, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Ojaja More, disclosed this in a statement on Tuesday in Akure. According to the statement, the program was started by the Ooni of Ife, Oba Enitan Ogunwusi Adeyeye, and is now being expanded to other states, including Akure.

The traditional ruler has also committed over $250 million to help small companies through the Ojaja More initiative in order to improve the socioeconomic lifestyle of Nigerians, particularly those in Osun State.

Ojaja More, which was founded a year ago, has grown into a respected brand that provides assistance to MSMEs. According to him, the program prioritizes support for MSMEs, in line with Ooni’s fundamental objective to promote Made-in-Nigeria products.

“We have over 350 MSMEs that are essentially our vendors, and we have created a market for them to supply their goods, as well as compliance training and assessment for beneficiaries with the assistance of some government agencies.”

“Within a year, the business has changed the face of retail, created an environment for modern trade, and increased the social and economic lifestyle of the people of Osun State, particularly the ancient city of Ife,” he said.
