In a groundbreaking collaboration, Sydani Technologies has partnered with the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA), the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN), the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), and the Federal Ministry of Youth Development to launch an innovative tech training program aimed at empowering Nigerian youths with essential technological skills.
The program, titled Kodex3, is designed to equip participants with cutting-edge tech skills, boost employability, and inspire an entrepreneurial mindset among young Nigerians.
By bridging the gap between academic theory and practical application, Kodex3 aims to prepare youth for real-world job opportunities and entrepreneurial ventures, fostering long-term self-reliance and economic development.
According to sources familiar with the partnership, the collaboration will expose participants to various technological platforms, providing them with the tools necessary to contribute meaningfully to Nigeria’s growth and development.
SMEDAN’s role in the initiative includes offering entrepreneurship support and innovation resources, while the NYSC’s involvement will focus on equipping young graduates with tech skills for immediate employment opportunities post-service.
Dr. Noble Chinyere-Ugo Ajuonu, the Head of Sydani Technologies, emphasized the significance of Kodex3 as a transformative tool in Nigeria’s rapidly evolving tech landscape.

“In today’s digital era, possessing industry-relevant tech skills is critical. Kodex3 fills this gap by integrating hands-on training and project-based learning, ensuring participants are job-ready upon completion,” he stated.
Ajuonu highlighted that the program’s approach goes beyond traditional academic training, incorporating practical and entrepreneurial skills that align with national development goals.
“Our partnership with NITDA, SMEDAN, NYSC, and the Ministry of Youth Development ensures that Kodex3 reaches a diverse and expansive audience. This alignment enriches our program, contributing significantly to Nigeria’s economic and social objectives,” he added.
He further explained that the initiative’s impact would extend beyond individual empowerment, contributing to the nation’s GDP by creating a more skilled and innovative workforce. Participants will gain skills that are directly applicable in the job market, enhancing their professional competence and boosting their employability.
“By promoting entrepreneurial thinking, Kodex3 empowers youths to carve their own career paths, creating new ventures that drive economic growth and benefit society as a whole,” Ajuonu noted. He also underscored the program’s emphasis on community building and networking, which fosters mentorship opportunities and collaborative projects.
The launch of Kodex3 marks a pivotal step toward youth empowerment in Nigeria, positioning the nation’s youth for success in an increasingly technology-driven economy.
