The National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA), led by Director General Kashifu Inuwa Abdullahi, is collaborating with Huawei, IPV6 Forum, and IPV6 Council Nigeria to present the “Bring Net 5.5G Into Reality, Inspire New Growth” Digital Summit.
Scheduled for August 20, 2024, at 10:00 am, this summit will focus on the latest IPV6 technology, which is crucial for enhancing digital security and accommodating the growing number of connected devices in the Internet of Things (IoT).
This initiative aligns with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s commitment to accelerating economic diversification through industrialisation and innovation.
The summit aims to deepen understanding of IPV6, foster stakeholder collaboration, and develop actionable strategies to boost IPV6 adoption in Nigeria.
