The National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) has launched a pivotal workshop on National Sovereign Cloud Infrastructure, aiming to enhance understanding and adoption of cloud computing, data localisation, and artificial intelligence (AI) among Nigeria’s key stakeholders. This initiative reflects the government’s drive toward a secure, digitally advanced economy.
In his keynote address, NITDA’s Director-General, Kashifu Inuwa, underscored the government’s commitment to digital transformation and highlighted NITDA’s active role in promoting cloud adoption and data sovereignty.
