Nigeria and Brazil are united by the significant role small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) play in driving economic growth.
In a recent high-level meeting, senior representatives from Sebrae and ApexBrasil engaged with Nigerian stakeholders to explore collaborative opportunities aimed at empowering SMEs in both nations.
The Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN) shared details of the engagement on its official X handle, highlighting discussions on a potential formal partnership that could unlock new growth avenues, enhance trade relations, and foster business innovation.
Stakeholders expressed optimism about the impact of this collaboration, which is expected to create substantial benefits for entrepreneurs in both countries.

With strong prospects for cooperation, Nigeria and Brazil are taking strategic steps toward strengthening SME ecosystems, fostering innovation, and unlocking cross-border opportunities for small businesses.
