The Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) has launched Project WADORE Human Capital Development Training Programme, a strategic initiative designed to equip Nigerians with industry-ready skills for the oil and gas sector.
Speaking on behalf of the Executive Secretary, the Board’s Manager for Human Capital Development, Mrs. Tarilate Teide-Bribena, described the programme as a vital link between classroom learning and real-world industry requirements.
She reaffirmed NCDMB’s commitment to producing Nigerian professionals capable of meeting the demanding standards of the upstream oil and gas industry.

Teide-Bribena commended Chevron Nigeria Limited for its strong partnership and praised OGTAN for upholding quality training standards. Addressing the 41 selected trainees, she urged them to uphold excellence, discipline, and integrity, noting that their skills would help shape the future of Nigeria’s oil and gas industry.
Representatives from Chevron and Geoscape delivered goodwill messages, while participants were briefed on the programme scope and code of conduct and formally took an oath of commitment.
Project WADORE underscores NCDMB’s drive to deepen Nigerian content, strengthen local talent pipelines, and support sustainable workforce development across the oil and gas value chain.
