The Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN) has commended stakeholders for advancing the manufacturing sector through resource efficiency and cleaner production.
MAN’s Director-General, Segun Ajayi-Kadir, praised the Bank of Industry (BOI) for managing the financing component of the GEF-UNIDO Industrial Energy Efficiency project.

Speaking at a specialised workshop in Uyo, he highlighted the initiative’s role in reducing emissions, cutting costs, and promoting sustainability.
The five-day workshop brings together key players, including UNIDO, BOI, and regulatory bodies, to equip manufacturers with knowledge on energy-efficient solutions and sustainable industrial practices.
