“The Alade Market in Onigbongbo has been closed due to multiple environmental violations, including the absence of trash cans, unclean surroundings, unauthorized burning of waste by the road, careless disposal of waste, and noncompliance with #Lawma_gov regulations,” the author stated in his post.

This comes after the Alaba International Market in Ojo was shut down by the Lagos State government due to the unclean conditions there.

Alaba International Market, the largest electronics market in West Africa, also sells household appliances.

Similarly, the government announced on Sunday that the Auto Spare Parts and Machinery Dealers Association (ASPAMDA), BBA, and other marketplaces within the Trade Fair Complex, which is located in the state’s Ojo Local Government Area, have been shuttered.
