In a bid to create a more efficient and business-friendly public service system, the Parastatals Monitoring Office (PMO) has visited the Lagos State Resilience Office as part of its 2025 Inspection Exercise.
Led by Special Adviser Hon. Ibrahim Babajide Obanikoro, the PMO team held strategic discussions with officials to better understand operations, identify service delivery gaps, and generate innovative solutions that can directly impact the ease of doing business — especially for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

The initiative is aligned with Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu’s T.H.E.M.E.S+ Agenda, which aims to promote transparent governance, improve institutional efficiency, and create a supportive environment for entrepreneurship. By improving the performance of key government agencies, the state seeks to reduce bottlenecks and provide SMEs with better access to public services and infrastructure that support their growth.
