The Lagos State Ministry of Wealth Creation and Employment has joined forces with the German Development Cooperation, the Swiss Agency for Development, and GIZ SKYE to increase job opportunities and expand vocational training access for Lagos youth.
This initiative includes the renovation of the Eko Job Centre in Owutu, Ikorodu, transforming it into a comprehensive skill-building hub.

Speaking at the unveiling, Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu stated that the project demonstrates a collaborative commitment to providing job seekers with critical skills for today’s evolving job market.
This international partnership is aimed at empowering Lagos youth through enhanced training resources and employment support at the newly upgraded facility.
