The 38th edition of the Lagos International Trade Fair (LITF) is poised to attract more than 3,500 exhibitors from 15 countries, with the event taking place from November 1 to 10, 2024, at Tafawa Balewa Square, Lagos.
This year’s fair, themed “Connecting Businesses, Creating Value,” was announced by Abimbola Olashore, Vice President of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI), during a recent press conference. He highlighted that the fair aims to draw over 1 million visitors, significantly surpassing the 350,000 attendees from 2023.

Olashore attributed this remarkable increase in participation to enhanced strategic partnerships and sponsorships. The 2024 fair will also showcase specialized segments, including The Children’s Corner, sponsored by Tolaram Group, designed to engage and educate younger attendees.
The LCCI has extended invitations to nearly all 54 African nations, with confirmed participation from countries such as Ghana, Rwanda, Cameroon, Benin Republic, and The Gambia. Notably, over 300 Chinese exhibitors will present products across various sectors, alongside around 100 exhibitors from Japan in a dedicated hall.
