Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State has shown a keen interest in collaborating with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) to streamline business registration processes.
Represented by his Deputy, Dr. Obafemi Hamzat, Sanwo-Olu welcomed the Registrar-General of CAC, Mr. Hussaini Magaji, during a courtesy call at Alausa, Ikeja, on Thursday.
Sanwo-Olu urged the CAC to simplify the registration process, especially for startups and small businesses that may struggle with fees. He proposed adopting a model akin to the state tax card to create a business database, easing the burden on new enterprises.
