India’s External Affairs Minister met Italy’s Deputy Prime Minister Antonio Tajani to advance the Italy-India Joint Strategic Action Plan 2025–2029, strengthening collaboration in trade, investment, innovation, research, education, and security.
The renewed partnership is set to expand opportunities for small and medium enterprises through improved market access, technology exchange, and stronger business cooperation. Officials noted that the growing ties will boost entrepreneurship, deepen innovation capacity, and support SME participation in global value chains.
