Akwa Ibom State Governor, Umo Eno, has fulfilled his promise of rewarding excellence by distributing N550 million in grants and prizes to outstanding citizens.
At the Evening of Grants and Empowerment event in Uyo, 400 female entrepreneurs received N300 million, while 50 farmers were awarded N25 million.

Sports and culture were also recognized, with Governor’s Cup winners receiving N20 million and Christmas Unplugged participants sharing N155 million. Additionally, civil servants were granted N32 million.
