1. Can you tell us about your journey before founding Soulint Enterprise?
Before founding Soulint Enterprise, I had a diverse career spanning banking, IT, and shoemaking. I worked in the banking sector for several years, then pursued my passion for shoemaking, and later ventured into IT. This unique blend of experiences shaped my entrepreneurial spirit and prepared me to start Soulint Enterprise.
2. What inspired you to venture into the shoemaking industry?
My passion for creativity, quality, and customer satisfaction inspired me to venture into the shoemaking industry. I saw an opportunity to merge my skills with my love for fashion and footwear, creating a unique value proposition. I proudly embraced the opportunity to promote Made-in-Nigeria products.
3. Can you share some of the key challenges you faced when starting a business, and how you overcame them?
Starting a business in Nigeria presents challenges such as infrastructure issues, funding, material sourcing, and talent acquisition. I addressed these challenges by staying adaptable, delaying gratification, seeking mentorship, conducting thorough research, gathering customer feedback, and focusing on building a strong team.
4. Does any government policy affect or benefit your kind of business?
Government policies, such as those from the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB), have positively impacted our business by promoting local content and encouraging the production of Made-in-Nigeria products.

We stay ahead of the competition through continuous innovation, actively seeking customer feedback, ensuring swift delivery, and investing in technology to enhance efficiency and quality.
