Pure Fitness Africa has announced a 10-day free wellness and fitness programme designed to help entrepreneurs and small business owners unwind, recharge and prepare for the new year in better physical and mental shape.

The initiative will feature daily fitness workouts, mobility training sessions, wellness talks and community-focused activities aimed at promoting healthy living and stress management. Organisers noted that the programme specifically targets SME operators who have worked relentlessly throughout the year and need time to rest, reset and invest in their wellbeing.

According to Pure Fitness Africa, the programme aligns with its broader commitment to boosting productivity and long-term prosperity by encouraging healthier lifestyles within Nigeria’s business community.
Participation is free; however, interested participants are required to register ahead of time by scanning the QR code on the flyer to secure a spot.
The development was also shared by the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN) on its official X (formerly Twitter) handle, encouraging entrepreneurs to take advantage of the opportunity.
