The BATN Foundation and the Lagos State Agricultural Development Authority (LSADA) have generously contributed 20 state-of-the-art 50kg smoking kilns to fish farmers and agribusinesses in Lagos State, aiming to revolutionize the aquaculture industry.
Under the auspices of the BATN Foundation, LSADA spearheaded an extensive capacity-building program, offering practical training at four demonstration sites across key agricultural zones – Agege, Ojo, Ikorodu, and Ibeju-Lekki. Over 200 beneficiaries stand to benefit from this initiative, strategically designed to enhance productivity and equip farmers to overcome challenges inherent in the aquaculture sector.
