The company has finalized plans to support graduates of estate management, building construction, and engineering (electrical and mechanical) who want to pursue a career in the real estate industry through the Knight Frank Academy, according to a statement released by Knight Frank Nigeria’s Chief Executive Officer, Frank Okosun.
He revealed that the academy would open on September 26 in Lagos.

“Stakeholders in the real estate industry have expressed concern about the declining quality of personnel aspiring to be chartered surveyors, valuers, and real estate brokers.” As a result, Knight Frank launched the academy program as one way of returning value to society by bridging the competency gap between what is expected of entry-level professionals by major estate surveyors and valuer firms.
