The Government Enterprise and Empowerment Programme (GEEP) is a flagship initiative under the National Social Investment Programme Agency (NSIPA), aimed at expanding financial inclusion and economic empowerment for small businesses and vulnerable groups across Nigeria.
The programme provides zero-interest, collateral-free loans to smallholder farmers, market women, artisans and petty traders to support business growth, improve livelihoods and strengthen grassroots economic activities nationwide.
Applications for the GEEP loans are ongoing, allowing eligible Nigerians to register at any time through the official GEEP platform or approved registration centres in their communities across the country.

Eligible beneficiaries include smallholder farmers, market traders, artisans, youth and other vulnerable groups operating in agriculture, market trading and micro-enterprises. While millions of Nigerians have benefited from the scheme over the years, priority is given to women, youth and underserved populations across all six geopolitical zones.
Under the programme, FarmerMoni offers up to ₦300,000 for farming inputs, while MarketMoni and TraderMoni provide up to ₦100,000 for traders and artisans. All loans come with a three-month moratorium before repayment begins, with repayment terms varying depending on the specific loan product.
