In a transformative move to drive economic growth, the Special Assistant to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Youth Initiatives (Monitoring and Delivery), Ms. Titilope Gbadamosi, has launched Youth Initiatives Liaison Officers (YILO) across all 36 states and the FCT.
This announcement was made on the official X handle of Ms. Gbadamosi, highlighting the government’s commitment to strengthening economic development through youth empowerment.
The YILOs are tasked with implementing and monitoring crucial federal programs such as the Student Loan Scheme, Digital and Creative Enterprises (iDICE) Program, and the Micro and Small Business Loan.

By ensuring these initiatives are effectively communicated and executed, the YILOs will help stimulate local economies and support young entrepreneurs in achieving their business goals.
This initiative aligns with President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, aiming to deliver economic opportunities directly to the grassroots.
The inaugural meeting for the YILOs, which included Special Advisers and Assistants on Youth Development to State Governors, was held in a hybrid format to maximize participation and impact.
