The Federal Ministry of Labour and Employment has introduced the Labour-Enhanced Employment Program (LEEP), a comprehensive initiative designed to generate 2.5 million jobs yearly, both directly and indirectly.
The program targets Nigerian youths, including women, offering them the opportunity to gain skills and actively participate in the green economy.

Key areas of training include solar kiosk operations, solar panel installation, greenhouse farming, and recycling. The LEEP program is set to officially launch in October 2024.
