The Federal Government has reinforced its commitment to youth empowerment and modern agriculture by supporting beneficiaries of the Enterprise for Youth in Agriculture (EYiA) programme, implemented by Soilless Farm Lab.
Funded by the Mastercard Foundation, the 12-week intensive training equips young Nigerians with practical, market-ready skills in soilless farming, greenhouse production, and greenhouse fabrication, preparing them for a resilient and technology-driven agricultural sector.

The End-of-Year Graduation Ceremony on 12th December 2025 in Awowo, Ogun State, celebrated graduates from across Nigeria, highlighting the national impact of the programme. Borno State graduates later received their certificates in Maiduguri, affirming the Federal Government’s nationwide support for participants.
This initiative aligns with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR’s, agenda for youth inclusion, food security, and economic growth, ensuring young entrepreneurs have the tools to innovate, thrive, and contribute to Nigeria’s agricultural transformation.
