The Enugu State Ministry of Agriculture has reaffirmed its commitment to supporting farmers through guidance, agricultural extension services, and the provision of high-yield seedlings for cocoa, palm, cashew, and other crops.
According to the Commissioner for Agriculture, Ubru, these efforts aim to enhance productivity, boost the state’s economy, and ensure profitability for farmers.

He also revealed that work is ongoing at the cargo section of the Akanu Ibiam International Airport. Once completed, the facility will position Enugu for the export of organic and fresh farm produce to global markets.
