What inspired your journey into entrepreneurship?

My entrepreneurial journey was ignited by a fervent desire for independence and self-reliance. I’ve always aspired to be a self-sufficient individual, driven by the belief that salaried employment alone wouldn’t lead me to financial prosperity.

Can you share some of the obstacles you have encountered in your business venture?

Numerous hurdles have crossed my path, but one stands out prominently: the challenge of convincing consumers to embrace a brand that was initially unfamiliar to them. Nevertheless, my unwavering determination has paid off, and today, our brand is synonymous with trust and reliability.

How do you ensure the credibility of your enterprise and foster customer confidence?

The cornerstone of our business integrity is authenticity. I take great care to maintain the high quality of our perfume products, ensuring that our customers consistently experience excellence. This commitment to quality keeps our loyal clientele returning time and again.

Although the outset was marked by difficulties, our progress has been remarkable, indicating substantial strides toward our goals.

In what ways has the challenge of inflation impacted your business, and how have you adapted for the benefit of both your enterprise and your valued customers?

Inflation, particularly in transportation costs, has posed a formidable challenge. However, we have chosen to maintain our pricing structure while making subtle adjustments, such as refraining from customary expressions of gratitude for repeat business. Fortunately, our discerning customers have understood and appreciated our efforts to navigate these economic fluctuations.
