What inspired you to establish your business?
My primary motivation sprang from a combination of passion and a relentless drive to explore new horizons. I have an innate love for baking, and this, coupled with my desire to empower others through job creation, led me to establish Helinfodies.

What Challenges have you encountered in the course of running your business?
Running a business is not without its hurdles, and we have faced challenges such as limited capital, sluggish sales, and the ever-present high cost of production.
How would you asses the growth of your business thus far?
I am pleased to report that our business has been steadily growing.

To maintain the integrity of our brand, we are unwavering in our commitment to our core values, which revolve around providing the best value for quality products and service delivery. Consistency and upholding our standards with integrity are paramount to us.

Inflation has presented challenges by reducing our sales. To counteract this, we have adjusted our approach by offering smaller cakes at affordable prices, maintaining the same high quality and standards that define our brand.
What words of encouragement would you offer to individuals aspiring to start a similar business or any entrepreneurial endeavor?
I would advise them to embrace passion, patience, and unwavering consistency. Building a successful business takes time, and these qualities are essential ingredients for the journey ahead.
