Oluwagbemi revealed that in partnership with the Gas Aggregation Company of Nigeria (GACN), the Domestic Gas Market Framework set to launch in two weeks will ensure gas is delivered at subsidized rates.
Until supply is stable nationwide, PCNGI says it will rely on “passive enforcement” and “moral suasion” to encourage fair transport pricing.
