BUA Group has hosted its Night of Excellence ceremony, recognising employees whose commitment continues to support the company’s operations and the wider industrial ecosystem that connects large manufacturers with thousands of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
The event underscored the role of skilled and motivated workers in sustaining productivity across supply chains that include SME suppliers, distributors and service providers.

Hon. (Dr) Doris Nkiruka Uzoka-Anite, MD, CFA, shared highlights of the ceremony on her official X handle, noting that investment in people remains critical to building resilient industries and long-term economic growth.
Analysts say strong human capital practices within large firms like BUA Group often translate into more stable demand, better partnerships and growth opportunities for SMEs operating within their value chains.
