Job Summary

We’re looking for a Tech Sales Representative who is passionate about technology and has a proven ability to sell SaaS products. You will play a key role in expanding our client base, closing deals, and helping institutions adopt our digital solutions.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new sales leads through research, cold outreach, networking, and inbound inquiries
  • Conduct discovery calls and needs assessments to match client challenges with the right solutions
  • Deliver engaging demos and presentations to key decision-makers
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and ensure a smooth client onboarding experience
  • Maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools, keeping track of deals, activities, and performance metrics
  • Work closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, and Support) to ensure client success
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, driving renewals and upsells
  • Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and competitor offerings
  • Represent the company at trade shows, education expos, and virtual events


Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in tech sales, preferably within a SaaS or EdTech environment
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to simplify complex technology for non-technical buyers
  • Results-oriented with a proactive, hunter mindset
  • Experience working with educational institutions, HR teams, or recruitment firms is a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
