We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Advisory & Corporate Development Associate to join our dynamic team.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the company’s growth initiatives through strategic planning and market analysis
• Execution of corporate development activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law; or LLB preferred.
• Licensed attorney with a valid bar membership.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure Projects, Project Finance Law, Project Management and investment regulation, and project finance transactions.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as solid presentation skills.
• Very Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs – Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Ability to efficiently gather, process, and analyse data provided by Analyst
