Job Summary
An established Oil & Gas company located in Onitsha, Anambra State is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all HR functions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in human capital management, employee relations, organizational development, and HR policy implementation in a structured industrial setting.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention processes.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management systems.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and internal HR policies.
- Implement learning and development programs to support employee growth.
- Maintain and update HR records, metrics, and reports.
- Advise management on workforce planning, compensation, and benefits structures.
- Foster a positive and productive work culture across all departments.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. BA, or HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience in a well-structured company.
- Good understanding of Nigerian labour laws
- Professional certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Proven leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the Oil & Gas or manufacturing sector is an added advantage.
