Nathans Limited, owners of the largest dry cleaning chain in Africa, is looking for Customer Service Executives for our Victoria Island branch. Are you a smart, good-looking and experienced individual who is ready to move yourself to another level? If you think you are deadline-oriented, attentive to detail, and most of all organized.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Collecting and inspecting customer items before registering them.
- Collecting customers’ items and entering them into the system
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
- Reporting to the Manager and assisting in other duties as may be assigned by your superior.
Requirements:
- 3 years experience in Customer Service
- Degree from a reputable institution
