Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging daily lessons across core 5th grade subjects (Math, English Language Arts, Science, Social Studies) aligned with homeschool curriculum standards.
- Integrate a Biblical worldview and Christian values into lessons and daily interactions.
- Provide individualized instruction tailored to the child’s strengths, learning pace, and areas of improvement.
- Assess and track academic progress through assignments, projects, and tests.
- Incorporate enrichment activities (creative writing, art, music, outdoor learning, hands-on experiments).
- Maintain a structured but flexible daily schedule that balances academics, breaks, and personal development.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding progress, achievements, and areas needing additional support.
Requirements:
- Minimum of degree
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- Excellent communication skills
