Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team in Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing functional, safe, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing structures and spaces, while adhering to local building codes and client specifications.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Create architectural designs, concepts, and plans based on client briefs and site conditions.
• Develop detailed drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software.
• Oversee construction projects from design through completion to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure all architectural work meets Lagos State and Nigerian building codes and zoning regulations.
• Evaluate site conditions and constraints to determine design feasibility.
• Prepare project documentation including reports, cost estimates, and timelines.
• Conduct regular site visits and coordinate with construction teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Lagos or similar urban environments.
• Proficient in design and modeling software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite).
• Strong knowledge of local building codes and construction standards.
• Excellent communication, project management, and teamwork skills.
• Membership or certification with ARCON (Architects Registration Council of Nigeria) is a plus.

Remuneration: NGN  200,000 – 300,000
