Dr. Frank Ekpenyong, Senior Special Assistant on ICT, explained that the portal will serve as a vital recruitment tool for state and private sector jobs, offering a centralized platform for skilled youths to apply and upload their qualifications.

The platform is expected to support various empowerment initiatives, including the Dakkada Skill Acquisition Programmes and recruitment into Ibom Community Watch.
